About Compliance management

Since May 25, 2018 and the coming into force of the GDPR, Jamespot customers, through the platform administrators, are responsible for the personal data they collect, manage and store in the context of their use of the ?? service. ??

A complete console to support your GDPR compliance

In order to support your compliance for the part concerning Jamespot, our team has developed a new application: the GDPR console tab ?‍?

The latter can be broken down into several modules :

  • Consent Management
  • Request management (portability, modification, export and deletion of data)
  • Management and exercise of rights

Consent Management

The first module of our GDPR console tab is consent management.

With this module, you will be able to generate very simply a consent request that meets the specificities of your network on the one hand, and the requirements of the GDPR on the other hand.

Moreover, as an administrator, you will be able to access the list of signatories at any time.

You will therefore be able to provide proof that consent has indeed been collected ?

Contact management for requests

By configuring the GDPR console of your platform, you will have to fill in the email address of your DPO (Data Protection Officer) ?️

This will be able to track treatments, consents, change requests, etc. related to your Jamespot platform.

Rights exercised by the user of the Jamespot service

As a Jamespot user, you will be able to use the GDPR console tab in your profile:

  • Upload all your data ;
